辛亚德《又名辛茂芳》，字茂芳女，1939年生于广西玉林市。毕业于《广西艺术学院》本科。60年代从事音乐工作。70年代在《中国科学院广西植物研究所》从事植物科学画绘画工作，职称是《高级实验师》。艺术画职称是《国家一级美术家》、《国家一级美术师》。
科学植物画参与公开出版发行有十多本科学著作，绘画植物有上千种，有插图著两本。艺术画参与出版发行国内外约四百万册。这是在国家领导直接安排，和各级大力支持下所取得的成果。在《中国第二届全国植物画展》会上，宣读了关于科学植物画，沾墨钢笔画法的论文。论文《书画创作的艺术思想》，由《中央文献出版社》，在《党旗颂——中国共产党九十年奋斗与辉煌》的《理论成果卷》中409页出版。获《中国邮票总公司》:在2009年出版《中化文化名家专题邮票》和2020年《和谐中华文化名家专题邮票》各一集。
中国画和油画多次获国内外金奖，水彩画和钢笔画在国内也多次获奖。在山水和花鸟画中；传承了中国传统毛笔和欧州的传统水彩笔，排笔、沾墨水的钢笔、油画刀画的工艺，绘出秀丽，内涵丰富。富于时代和民族特点的作品。
在从事音乐工作中，自编曲或歌词在独唱演出中，获得观众的好评。歌唱入录《广西广播电台》和《中央广播电台》，并制成《中国唱片》发行全国。
国内外获21家院、学会、居委等授予《当代书画名人》称号。获中国文联等，及国际组织授予《一代名师》、《著名国画家》、《中国文艺终身成就艺术家》、《首届中国民族文艺领袖人物》、《德艺双馨艺术大师》、《世界华人文艺先锋人物》、《中国当代最具收藏价值画家》。《最贵国宝艺术家》、《国宝艺术珍品》、《当代百人文艺之神状元之榜》，《中国文艺动勋人物》、《文艺传承人》称号。
现为《中国人民艺术家协会会员》、《中国美协广西分会会员》、《中国科学植物画专业委员会》会员。《北京华勇大家书画艺术院》院士。《世界华人美术家协会》终身荣誉主席《中国艺术家交流协会》终身常务副主席兼秘书长，《中国当代艺术管理学会》副会长，《中国国际文化联合会》副主席。《世界艺术名人通史》编委会名誉顾问。
Xin Yade, also known as Xin Maofang, with the courtesy name Maofang, was born in 1939 in Yulin City, Guangxi. Graduated from Guangxi University of Arts with a bachelor's degree. Scientific botanical paintings have participated in the public publication and distribution of over ten scientific works, depicting thousands of plant species and two illustrated books. At the 2nd National Exhibition of Botany in China, a paper on scientific botanical painting and the use of ink and fountain pen techniques was presented. The thesis "Artistic Thoughts of Calligraphy and Painting Creation" was published by the Central Document Press on 409 pages in the "Theoretical Achievements Volume" of "Party Flag Ode -90 Years of Struggle and Brilliance of the CPC".
